FARM-FRESH CHICKEN

Spring Valley Livestock is excited to offer farm fresh whole chickens, individually packaged for your freezer. These chickens are raised in groups at our farm and transported safely to a USDA processing facility. At the USDA facility, they are processed and packaged under the highest standards.

We use cornish-cross birds for our broilers. Cornish cross are known for their quick growth and are typically processed around 8 weeks. These are the birds typically found in grocery stores, but we feel as though the farm fresh birds are more flavorable and moist.

Chickens are available for $25.00/each.
