ABOUT
SPRING VALLEY LIVESTOCK
Spring Valley Livestock was created in 2023, but don't let our newness fool you. Carissa, growing up on small family dairy farm and graduating from UW Madison with a Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science and certificate in Ag Business, has a variety of life experiences in the ag industries. These experiences include IVF, farm management, ag-sales and dairy nutrition. After leaving a farm management career to join a dairy nutrition company, Carissa moved to Mount Horeb, WI with her fiancé Mike, and started Spring Valley Livestock. Together, Carissa and Mike take pride in providing the best animal care to provide the best quality products.
Spring Valley Livestock currently is comprised of poultry, swine, and cattle. While we are starting small, we hope to grow into much more. We are so glad that you're here, and we can't wait for you to experience our growth with us!

Our chickens free range, our hogs are fed fresh greens, and our cattle roam on pasture. They enjoy the best quality lives we can provide them, and you can rest assured that the animal you're purchasing has lived a quality life.
